1. Payment by Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
2. Satisfactory Identification must be provided to register for bidder number.
3. All lots are sold “as is” and should be examined prior to bidding.
4. In case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer, at his discretion, will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute.
5. Some lots are offered subject to reserve (R) which is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold.
6. 12% buyer’s premium will be charged on all lots.
7. All property sold is the responsibility of the purchaser once the property has been sold to them.
8. All items must be removed from the building today unless special arrangements have been approved with the auction company.
9. Announcements in addendum day of auction take precedence to all prior announcements or advertising.
10. Bidding at this auction indicates that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Absentee Bids: For those unable to attend the auction, Boltz Auction Company offers the absentee bid service as a convenience to our patrons. Boltz Auction Company will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute the bid(s).

Phone Bids: Must be arranged in advance. In order to avoid delays in receiving purchases, buyers unknown to us are advised to make payment arrangements or supply credit references in advance of the auction by contacting our accounting department at 717-392-4257.
